hilofriends is a private platform for sharing updates with close friends. You must be 13 or older to use the service. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement.

YOUR ACCOUNT

• ▸You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
• ▸ You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. This permanently removes your data.
• ▸ We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

YOUR CONTENT

• ▸ You own the content you post. We do not claim ownership of your posts or photos.
• ▸ By posting you grant hilofriends a limited license to store and display your content to your friends on the platform.
• ▸ You must not post content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or that violates another person's rights.

SMS REMINDERS — OPT-IN

Weekly text reminders are entirely optional. To opt in, enable reminders in the Notifications page and reply YES to the confirmation text. You will receive one (1) message per week. Message frequency may vary.

Text STOP at any time to opt out. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

ACCEPTABLE USE

hilofriends is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, interruption of service, or damages arising from your use of the platform. We make reasonable efforts to keep the service running but cannot guarantee uptime.

CHANGES

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
